At the end of a long work week, we look forward to a nice dinner on Fridays. Nevertheless, I will not be long in the Kitchen is, it must be so simple and yet delicious. Just as the tagliatelle with oyster mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.


According to my favorite oyster mushrooms chanterelle mushrooms. At first I wave 1 sliced shallot in a little butter . Add to this the chopped oyster mushrooms and halved cherry tomatoes .
